The signing ceremony took place on the campus of the Arab American University in Ramallah, in the presence of the Chairman of the University Board of Directors, Dr. Yousef Asfour, Martin Doltrey, Director of the British Council Office in Palestine, Vice President for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Waleed Deeb, Vice President for Medical Faculties Affairs Prof. Dr. Mohammad Asia, Vice President for the Faculty of Medicine Affairs Prof. Dr. Malik Al-Zaben, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dr.

In his reception was Prof. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri- the University President, his Vice President, his Assistants, Some of the Deans of the Faculties and members of the Academic and Administrative Staff as they received him and his accompanied delegation from the Ministry, some of the General Directors, Heads of Units and Consultants.

Prof. Abu Mwais praised the development that AAUP has reached from the academic programs to the infrastructure, and praised its excellence in scientific research. He wished to the university and to all higher education organizations more development.

Dr. May Kella and the delegation was welcomed by President Assistant Eng. Bara Asfour, member of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Jamal Huwail, Dean of Faculty of Dentistry Dr. Shukri Killab, and President Assistant for Medical Schools Prof. Mohammad Asia.
