Environment and Community Health


This program introduce the students to the concepts of Environmental and Community Health by explaining the relationship between environmental conditions, public, and community health problems.It also provide the basic knowledge of environmental health interventions aiming at the prevention and minimization of environmentally related diseases. The mission of this program is to enable students to recognize the interaction between cultural, socioeconomic, political factors, and environmental conditions. At graduation, students will be able to analyze and appreciate the association between environmentalism and sustainable development. They will also be able to explore the role of education and awareness in environmental protection and improvement.
