Arab American University Alumni Affairs Department hosted training workshop entitled "Success Skills", organized by INJAZ Palestine organization with participation of 30 students from the university.
Vice President of Community Affairs Dr. Nizam Diab welcomed INJAZ organization at the opening, confirming the importance of these programs to enrich graduates experiences and expand their knowledge, especially as they provide them the opportunities to meet successful entrepreneurial figures for to know their experiences. Marah Ghanem director of INJAZ office in Jenin, thanked the Arab American University on their permanent cooperation, providing a summary for the participants on INJAZ organization and its training programs.
During the workshop, presented by Eyad Musleh Director of the National Insurance Company in Jenin, he focused on the development of communication skills for participants and identify the strengths and weaknesses they have, in addition to the need to develop realistic goal and work to achieve it. The trainees’ interaction and their work as a group to use brainstorming to discuss topics and issues has been characterized.
