“Tamayaz” program partners hopes it become a portal to economically empower graduates and engage them in job market by bridging the gap between theoretical academic education and practical requirements.

“Tamayaz” partners held the program’s 4th edition interviews for Arab American University students who want to participate on Sunday. More than 120 students from AAUJ applied to join the program.

Tamayaz’s partners announced that students can register for the program more than a month ago. A large number of applications were received through the program's website. They were submitted to a revision and evaluation process, followed by interviewing the applicants, to end with selecting the best 45 students to join it.

Alumni Affairs Department at the Arab American University Deanship of Students Affairs, organized introductory workshop about LinkedIn, the world’s first professional communication website, by University lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology Dr. Ahmed Aways in presence of dozens of university students.

Alumni Affairs Department at the Arab American University Deanship of Student Affairs concluded a training course in cooperation with Al Ofoq Organization for Youth Development presented by trainers Ibrahim Suleiman and Amer Al-Fararjah from the organization training department. The four sessions training presented many topics that interests the upcoming graduates, where 45 students from different faculties participated.

Alumni Affairs Department organized two training courses in cooperation with Injaz Palestine entitled “Be Pioneer”, presented by coach Fadi Soukia and “How to Start”, presented by coach Bilal Al-Ashqar.

“Have you thought what sets you apart from others?” this question raised the participating students’ minds to develop their ability to think in an exceptional way, expanding their perceptions and ability to communicate and impart new information to enhance their presence in labor market and get distinguish from the large number of graduates.

Alumni Affairs Department, Deanship of Students Affairs arranged a training workshop titled “Job Searching Skills”, presented by the trainers Said Abu M’ala, Fadi Jumaa, Bilal Al-Ashaqar and Fadi Souqieh.

45 trainees joined the workshop that included crucial topics to meet the labor market needs after graduation most important; preparing a resume, the art of presenting their projects and ideas and how to make up their minds on their real goals that leads to uneiqness and “go against the flow”.

Alumni Affairs department and Faculty of Engineering and IT in partnership with Al-Naizak foundation held a workshop about the Made in Palestine competition, presented by the Director of Al-Naizak Nablus office Mouna Zaror. The workshop included an overview of Al-Naizak foundation, Made in Palestine program, competition registration and targeted groups, the time frame, work schedule and previous winner’s stories.
