AAUP always keen on your interest and what benefit your time and future, and so we ask you all to continue your education from your safe homes using the (Moodle) system and the supporting programs that were activated like (Zoom). AAUP has provided (Zoom) and connected it with (Moodle) so that you will be able to directly contact your professors easily and continue attending your lectures and keep up with your homeworks.
I also encourage you all to interact actively in the e-learning because it is the only available facility in the current time in the whole world due to the current situation. If you focused on your studies, we will prove a great success to ourselves and to the world, and the faculty members and university staff are all ready to provide services for you all.
You will be provided with an explanatory video that will clarify the process of how to access your lectures and how to contact your professors.
And in order to make it easy for you in the current time.
Therefore, AAUP has considered this evaluation process:
- We give students the opportunity to determine the process of calculating his/her grades in the courses using one of the following:
- Pass / Fail System. This way the grade will not affect the student’s GPA.
- The Letter System that the university already uses.
- Each student has the opportunity to determine the evaluation system for each course using their portal (only for a specific time) and students who will not choose the evaluation system will take a letter grade by default.
- Dentistry students are excluded from this decision as they have extended courses, and they will have the letter grade system for their courses.
- Academic Warning System will not be applied in this semester.
