This course helps students develop knowledge and skills to explore the specialized nature of business-to-business marketing, moreover, an appreciation of the differences between business marketing and consumer marketing. Students explore supply chains, relationships between firms, business-focused marketing strategies and the business-focused marketing mix and other concepts that enable a supplier firm to understand, create, and deliver value to other businesses, governments, and institutional customers.
