This course deals with the importance of the labor law, its characteristics, development, sources, independence, scope of application, and the legal provisions of the individual contract of labor (its elements, duration, obligations of both the owner and the employer and penalties for violating them, reasons of ending the contract and its affects) As well as the legal provisions for a collective labor contract, trade unions and social security law.
