This course deals with the practical aspects of private law, so that the student is trained on the practical practice of private law subjects, through simulating the regular courts. Where issues (virtual or realistic) are raised in the civil and commercial law, so that they can be resolved through the mook court, Students in the mook court will present a governing body, a point of allegation, a defense destination. They will search and write regulations and requests, follow procedures, summon witnesses, provide evidence, set hearings and govern in terms of data and documentation, and submit them to the teacher for review and comment. The mook court is held with the participation of students to develop their skills in providing oral defense, including hearing and discussing witnesses.
