This course introduces students to the basic concepts and practices that support the planning, scheduling, controlling, resource allocation, and performance measurement activities required for successful completion of a project. Throughout this course students will develops project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques needed to initiate, plan, execute, control, evaluate and close a project. The course combines theatrical basis with practice by active participation. Objective: The aim of the module is to teach students the four elements of project management: initiation, planning or design. Production or execution. Monitoring, controlling, and finally closing.
