This course provides an in-depth study of the most important general rules and methods of evidence with a focus on specific topics that raise legal problems, such as: the rules relating to the place and the burden of proof, the transfer and diminution of evidence, the principle of proof in writing, the possibility of hearing the opponent as a witness, the arbitrariness in directing the decisive oath, the limits of the judge's authority in the subject of interrogation, and how the court extracts the judicial evidence.
