The course aims to identify international organizations as a subject of general international law and distinguish them from other types of international organizations. The course begins with an introduction to the general theory of international organizations and the special importance of the role of international organizations in facing international problems. In this context, the course seeks to provide a comprehensive understanding of the types of international organizations, the nature of the legal personality that establishes the international organization at its birth, the limits of that personality, and the rights and duties that the international organization enjoys in this case. The course introduces the United Nations Organization and provides an in-depth understanding through defining the UN organization, its functions and organs, and the relationship between these bodies in accordance with the United Nations Charter.
