The course reviews models of digital storytelling in the context of traditional and interactive narratives, and explores the role of electronic story in different areas in the social context. In addition, the course focuses on developing skills to create novels of multiple forms and composing a digital story that uses narration as a means of education, entertainment and influence. The course provides the ability to build knowledge of the theories and principles constituting the structure of narration, and enhances the capabilities of research and planning for an electronic story project visually. A project will be written on how to distribute this story in an appropriate electronic form, while using available technologies in terms of electronic storytelling, story structure, character design and development, nonlinear narration, picture book principles, and advanced animation techniques.
