The Arab Society of Biomechanics in Sports has announced the appointment of Dr. Samer Abu Eid, an academician in the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the Arab American University, as Secretary General, on the sidelines of the second international scientific conference of the Society titled “Applications of Biomechanics in Rehabilitation and Sports Sciences,” which was held in the Jordanian capital, Amman.
Dr. Abu Eid participated in the conference as a keynote speaker and representative of the Arab American University. He indicated that his participation in this conference and appointment to this prominent position will enable him to contribute more to enhancing the status of the Faculty of Sport Sciences, and raising the name of the Arab American University at the regional and international levels. This will also contribute to enhancing the University’s academic standing and encouraging leading institutions in the field of sport sciences and rehabilitation to cooperate with the Faculty in particular and AAUP in general.
