During the affiliate acceptance exam to the Bar that the university hosted
Dr. Yousef Asfour- the Chairman of the Board of Directors has received a delegation from the Palestinian Bar that visited the university campus in Ramallah to enhance the collaboration and supervise the affiliation acceptance exam that was organized in Ramallah Campus and Jenin Campus at the same time.
The delegation included Mr. Fadi Abbas- the secretary of the Bar and Mr. Amjad Shelleh- the head of the training committee in the Bar, where in their reception were Dr. Shahinaz Najjar- the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies and Dr Riziq Samoudi- he Dean of the Faculty of Law.
During the meeting, Dr. Asfour welcomed the guests and wished the best for the participants who are taking the exam, and said: “Arab American University is a university for all Palestinians and it is continue work in its structure development and infrastructure development”. He talked about the new programs in AAUP and how this university helps in achieving dreams of every Palestinian, as qualified and capable students from different cohorts are graduating from Arab American University.
Dr. Asfour emphasized on how the university always keens to enhance strategic relations with the Bar as it is an essential pillar of justice. He said that AAUP is ready to open its doors in both campuses Ramallah and Jenin to do any activity of the Bar and to collaborate in many fields of common interests to serve lawyers, graduate students and the local community.
The delegation thanked Arab American University for its hospitality to organize the exam in it, and ensured that AAUP is one of the greatest and strongest universities that offers law programs of high and advanced academic levels. They added that AAUP is a great edifice that fulfils the market needs and that it is a modern and contemporary university on the local level, in its building and its technology.
