In the International Day of Disabled Persons 2019, AAUP hosted Al Mostaqbal volleyball team with special needs from Nablus to play a friendly match against a team from the Faculty of Sports Sciences.
AAUP Hosts Al Mostaqbal Volleyball Team with Special Needs for a Friendly Match
The match was a friendly game full of happiness, love and competition between both teams. Dr. Saba’ Jarrar- the Dean of the Faculty of Sports Sciences said: “this friendly match was a celebration in the International Day of Disabled Persons (2019) and it is a message from AAUP to all the disabled persons telling them that you are part of us and we are part of you, we are glad to organize activities with you and for you. You have contributed in building this nation and we are proud of you. AAUP welcomes you always to participate in the different activities or to study here.”
Al Mostaqbal team members expressed their happiness for visiting the university and for participating in this volleyball game with the Faculty of Sports Sciences team. They talked about how excited was the game, and explained that they found nice people who they became friends with and that they will visit the university in the future.
