AAUP organized a Orientation Day for New students of the Academic year 2019/2020, with the attendance of VP of AAUP, their Assistants, Deans of Faculty, Faculty Members, Administrative, the committee supervising the event and Head of Students Union.

VP of Training Affairs Dr. Nezam Diab was pleased to open the Orientation Day for New students and welcomed them on behalf of AAUP President Prof. Ali Abu Zuhri, as he praised them for choosing AAUP to be the starting point of their journey of success and development towards their career future. As he pointed out that AAUP this year has launched many new unique specializations in Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral degrees, as it works on providing the academic best services for its students.
As he assured the importance that all students participate in the extracurricular activities that aims to enhance their personality and develop their talents, pointing out that students can use the free time between lectures in joining sports activities, as he assured the importance that students must focus during studying, think creatively, and follow-up on their academic issues, and plan well to build their future, as the university always works on supporting its students.
Head of Students Union at AAUP Mr. Ali Kmail welcomed the new students, as he expressed his support and help for the new students.
As Mr. Saed Abu Malah presented a session of “how to be unique at the university” during the event, While the Director of Programming and Systems Analysis Dept Mr. Abdel Moneim Abulhassan provided instructions for students on how to using the portal to register courses and academic systems. As for the PR officer Mr. Mahmoud Abu Farha talked about how to use AAUP social media and the knowing of any new decisions, guidelines and news. Finally, the university choir presented musical songs and shows.
During this day, students celebrated the 20th anniversary of AAUP establishment, as they met with the Deans of Faculties, Head of Depts., and Faculty members, where they were able to hear more about their specializations and courses, along with the how to follow the academic plans set for them, as for the career opportunities in the local and international market offered from this specialization.
