The workshop explained how to prepare an action plan for investment or entrepreneurial projects, where this plan is considered to be a summarization of all the operational and financial objectives of the project, the action plan should contain detailed plans and budgets to achieve the objectives, it’s a roadmap in the business world.
on the other hand, the Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences hosted a workshop entitled "Municipality Budget and Citizen Budget", organized by "Areej" Institute for Applied Research that hosted the mayor of Jenin Fayez Al-Saadi, who presented the administrative and financial plan for the municipality. discussions and questioned where raised by the audience.
