The Deanship of Student Affairs in Arab American University organized the projection of two films produced by Ashtar Theater that addresses the reality of education and health sectors in Palestine. A discussion was also raised with audiences about the two films.
Mr. Luay Tafish- the Cultural and Artistic Department employee in the Deanship of Student Affairs said that the first film called “Mtawla Al Qessa” (Will it be a long story) that discusses the health sector crises and challenges, while the second film called “Madraset Al Rawa’ee” (School of Wonders) addresses the education sector and the modern and traditional methods, the differences and the challenges.
Mr. Tafish also explained that the aim of this activity is to provide an image to students, especially the ones who are about to graduate, about the reality that they will face when moving to the labor market, in addition to creating a discussion opportunity with students to reflect their awareness and find solutions for the crises that the both sectors are facing in Palestine.
