Arab American University President Dr. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri meets a delegation from Al-Najah University. The delegation visited the university to get a close look on its academic and social experience and to strengthen the two universities joint cooperation.
The delegation was headed by Al-Najah University Assistant President of Community Affairs Dr. Adnan Melhem along with Dean of Student Affairs Dr. Mousa Abu Daya, Head of Alumni Affairs Dr. Rafa’ Daraghmeh, Head of the Al-Najah University Workers Union Dr. Bassem Mansour and a number of its members.
President Dr. Abu Zuhri, Vice President for Training Affairs Dr. Nizam Diab, Head of Public Relations Department Dr. Fathi Aamor, Head of Workers Union Mr. Saleh Afaneh, a union member Mr. Imad Abu Hantash, Head of Sports Science Department Dr. Samer Abu Eid and Sports Facilities Coordinator Dr. Oday Daraghmeh all welcomed the delegation.
AAUP President Dr. Abu Zuhri welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing on the importance of the two universities mutual cooperation. He praised Al-Najah University role in serving higher education in Palestine. Arab American University always strives to strengthen ties with Palestinian, regional and international universities. Moreover, he mentioned the university achievements in academic, social and scientific research development.
Al-Najah University Assistant President for Community Affairs Dr. Adnan Melhem praised the achievements and developments AAUP made so far, pointing it’s a historical pioneer experience. Also he added that university’s potentials are great, every Palestinian should be proud of, especially since it gathers all Palestinians, to confirm that Palestine is one and united.
The visiting delegation took a tour in the university campus to get to know its colleges, departments, specializations and its high quality equipped labs.
