Hassib Sabbagh Center in AAUP Starts a Training Program to Develop Youth’s Personal and Functional Skills

Under joint partnership between Hassib Sabbagh Center for Excellence in AAUP, Otermans British Institution, the Contractors Union, Bethlehem Development Institution and Aljadid Manpower Services Pakistani Institution, Hassib Sabbagh Center launched a training program entitled “Palestinian Youth’s Personal and Functional Skills”.

This program targets the students and graduates of Arab American University, students from other Palestinian universities and creative youths from the Palestinian community. The 15-weeks training program will be supervised by specialized staff from Otermans Institute in London along with other trainers from British Universities such as University of Cambridge, University of Birmingham and Brunel University London and will be through ZOOM.

The training program will focus on the practical skills in preparing work reports in English, the good project planning and reporting, the modern methods in leadership and team working skills and the preparing of personal goals in order to get a job.

Otermans Isntitute is one of the international institutions that provides funded training opportunities for students and graduated from all over the world. Students will be trained to use different skills in all fields including the employment and training skills. This institution works with other partners such as training institutes, excellence centers, governments, universities, schools and non-governmental organizations to develop students’ capabilities and skills and prepare them to the labor market. The institute also provides consulting to students, graduates and gifted youth to develop and improve their academic and professional lives.
