India's Ambassador at the State of Palestine Visits the Ramallah Campus to Discuss Mutual Cooperation

The Ambassador of India at Palestine Anish Rajan visited the Arab American University – Ramallah campus aiming to check the university, its academic programs in masters and doctorate, and discussing mutual cooperation between the two parties.

The chairman of the University directors board Dr. Yousef Asfour, the board academic advisor and the university founder president Prof. Dr. Walid Deeb, representative of the ERASMUS Office in Palestine Dr. Nidal Jayosi, and director of the university campus in Ramallah Mr. Mohammad Saba'neh, all welcomed the Indian ambassador.

The two parties discussed academic and research cooperation; exchange experiences and student visits to Indian universities. The ambassador toured the university campus and facilities, where he was briefed on the classrooms, scientific laboratories, and detailed explanation of the university's mission and vision to improve the higher education, through offering distinctive programs and create international regional and international partnerships. 

Ambassador Rajan expressed his admiration of the Arab American University, its outstanding academic level, and its quest to enhance Palestine’s higher education.
