The President of the University, Prof. Ali Zedan Abu zahri, welcomed the representative of Mexico in Palestine, Dr. Pedro Blanco, with the presence of the VP for International Relations Dr. Dalal Erekat.
The representative of Mexico in Palestine visits the University
Prof. during the visit gave a brief introduction about the university, its establishment and academic programs offered in PhD, MA and BA degrees. Adding the University always seeks to develop and achieve its objects regarding academic development, scientific research, local community services, assuring to the importance of strengthening its relations with Arab and international educational institutions and research centers.
For his part, the representative of Mexico in Palestine, Dr. Pedro Blanco, expressed his admiration of the university, noting that he has recently received is duty as the representative of Mexico in Palestine. In which his first task is to visit Palestinian institutions, especially educational ones and research centers.
The two sides discussed the possibility of cooperation and partnership between Arab American University and universities and research centers in Mexico.
