The University Host a Seminar Entitled “Education in Jerusalem and Pioneers of Jerusalem”

The University host a Seminar Entitled “Education in Jerusalem & Pioneers of Jerusalem” organized by the Ministry of Culture on the occasion of announcing Jerusalem as the capital of Islamic culture.

The speakers assured the importance of the seminar where it sheds light on the cultural reality in the occupied city of Jerusalem, and it is the beginning of other activities and events that will be held until April of 2020, pointing out that these activities aim to highlight the reality of the city and its history and civilization.

The lecture was followed by a lecture by Prof. Dr. Mohammed Dawabsha from Arab American University and his research paper "Libraries in Jerusalem between the Past and the Present”. Also the writer Jihad Al-Saleh presented his paper entitled" Pioneers of Jerusalem in Intellectual and Literary Life in Palestine". While Dr. Batul a lecturer at Al-Quds Open University her paper entitled "Education in Jerusalem in the Ottoman era". The writer Hassan Abdullah presented a research paper entitled "Jerusalem in an innovative perspective".
