Biography:
My name is Amal Hisham Maraabeh. I have been teaching English language in the Arab American University for eleven years. I started teaching at the English Language Center in 2010 as a part-time teaching assistant and then I became a full-time teaching assistant in 2013 . I got my MA degree in Methods of teaching English Language from an-Najah National University in 2017.My MA thesis was about the influence of applying note taking strategy on improving students' English listening comprehension skills at the Arab American university. In 2019, I became a full-time instructor in the ELC and I am still working there. I attended several workshops related to teaching and learning throughout my work experience and I took online courses, too. Teaching is my passion and I feel that I was born to be a teacher.
