Biography:
A. F. Qasrawi was born in a small village called Maslieh in the north of Palestine, in 1968, he was awarded the B.Sc., M. S. and Ph. D degree in physics from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, in the years 1994, 1997 and 2000, respectively. He is currently a full professor of physics with the department of physics at the Arab American University, Jenin, Palestine and with the group of physics at Atilim University, Ankara, Turkey. His research includes most of experimental and computational solid state physics and electronics. Current research focuses on the design and characterization of microwave tunneling devices and pyrochlore ceramics. Qasrawi who was a warded more than 15 novel researcher awards has more than 230 Thomson-ISI publications in solid state physics and electronics. His ISI-citation record exceeds 1530 according to the 2021 statistics.
