Biography: 
My name is lobna harazni, I’m 37 years old, Palestinian citizenship, living in Nablus City, I’m an assistant professor at Arab American University of Palestine I’m working there since 2013, I had my Ph.D. in December 2019, My basic specialty is community mental health nursing, my track of thesis during my Master and dissertation during my Ph.D. was childhood trauma, My Ph.D. was Philosophy of nursing sciences. I had clinical work experience as a registered nurse for two years and clinical instructor for five years, I was a team member in two projects at the west bank for crisis interventions with children. I had many participants in national conferences about palliative care, crisis management, and proposal writing steps. I had many training courses in professional writing, competencies in education, teaching by simulation, quality in nursing education, and crisis interventions. I have many publications with a research team, the publications are released in high-impact factor journals. I'm supervising undergraduate students' research projects, I have an interest in developing research skills and competencies, I have a research interest in childhood traumas and women’s psychological health. I believe that every child regardless of his gender, race, or birthplace deserves more than just living. Children's rights should be a priority in every policy planning.
