An empirical study of critical factors of electronic commerce adoption for various enterprises in Palestine

Abstract: 
In this paper, we investigate the most crucial factors for successful enactment in adopting electronic commerce transactions for enterprises business in Palestine. Out of a promising gradient of 1500 enterprises spreading in Palestine with various business types, we targeted 1000 enterprises’ owners, managers and customers, with 760 usable questionnaires reverted, providing a76 percent response rate. The results of the study emboldened the most critical factors to advance electronic commerce adoption creating a factor structure, encompassing 19 factors organized in descending order using three tiers. All the factors were in line with comparable studies and cited writings.
