Book Release

The book was launched in the attendance of the author, Dr. Khaled Al-Hroub, Chairman of Policy and Conflict Resolution Studies Center at the University,
Dr. Ayman Yousef, literary critic Dr. Ibrahim Abu Hashhash, Manager Policy and Conflict Resolution Studies Center Mrs. Rola Shahwan, members of the academic Staff, students from various master programs, a number of writers and intellectuals, and representatives of institutions interested in the culture.

One of the book authors, Dr. Saba Shank stressed on the importance of issuing it at a time where there’s many books on phytosanitary medicine, which don’t necessarily reflect the enrichment status in this field, this huge number of books is a kind of disorder inflation missing correct science methods, extracting active substances and side effects of plant drugs along with clinical and pharmaceutical research.

This book is result of international conferences on peace and conflict resolution organized in its first and second editions at Arab American University. The celebration was attended by university faculties’ deans, heads of departments, members of academic and administrative staff, some of the book authors and representatives of privet and public institutions.
