Chairman of the Board of Directors

This came during the reception of his sovereignty, for the National Economist and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Arab American University Dr. Yousef Asfour at the presidential headquarters in Ramallah, In the presence of the Executive Committee of PLO Dr. Ziad Abu Amro and Dr. Ali Zidan Abu Zuhri, the adviser to the President of the Diplomatic Dr. Majdi Khaldi, and Head of Presidential Office Entasar Abu Amarah

During his tour, Dr. Asfour was accompanied by Prof. Ali Zidan Abu Zuhri, the Academic Advisor Prof. Walid Dieb, the Vice President for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Faleh Abu Ara, the Board Member Mr. Raed Dahlab and the contributor Ghaleb Al-Hafi.

During the meeting, Dr. Asfour listened to the current needs of the Council and its future plans for serving the students and outlined the problems that facing them. He also reviewed the Council's work with the Presidency of the University and other administrative bodies, that aims to develop the Trade Unions activities for the Council.
