Dr. Laila Herzallah, Vice President for Community Affairs, indicated that these activities and exhibitions have an important moral value, especially since they are held on the land of the city of Jenin being an icon of the national and cultural struggle.

The exhibition included a variety of paintings that express the country's geography, beautiful nature and living conditions.

Prof. Ayman Yousef- a Lecturer in Political Sciences participated in the symposium along with scholar Izzat Aburub- the Chairman of the Cultural Advisory Council representing the Ministry of Culture, Mr. Mustafa Shata- the General Director of the Freedom Theater and Mr. Fadi Jumaa- the Public Relations Department Manager.

With the attendance of the Counsel General of the Consulate General of Italy in Palestine, Mr. Giuseppe Fedele, Ms. Marina Sereni – the Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy, Mr. Atef AbuSaif- the Minister of Culture, Prof. Mohammad Asia- the VP for the Medical Schools Affairs, Eng. Bara Asfour- the Assistant to the President of AAUP, some of the faculty members of the Interior Design Program in AAUP and students of the program and some staff of the General Consulate of Italy.
