AAUP Organizes a Course in TV Photography for the Public Relations Employees from some Organizations in Jenin

The Arabic and Media Department in the Faculty of Arts in Arab American University organized a specialized course for two days in TV photography skills, that was trained by Mr. Sudqi Mousa- the Media Professor in AAUP and with the participation of representatives from public relations departments in some of the official, private and security organizations in jenin. رسمية والأهلية والأمنية.

Mr. Fadi Jumaa- the Public Relations Manager in AAUP opened the course by welcoming the participants and ensuring that such courses come to develop the skills of the staff of public relations working in Jenin city. He also added that the policy of Arab American University is built on the continuous support to the institutions of the country, the training of the staff to develop the local community and to spread the scientific and research benefit all over the country.

From Asdaa’ News Organization, a Youth Journalists Delegation Visits AAUP

Dr. Ameen Abu Wardeh- Asdaa’ News Manager and a delegation contain trainees and journalist staff from the organization visited Arab American University.

Mr. Fadi Jumaa- the PR Manager in AAUP, Mr. Sudqi Mousa- the Lecturer in Arabic Language and Media Department and Ms. Samah Dwahdi and Mr. Raid Abu Baker – PR Employees were in their reception.

After welcoming the delegation and providing an explanation about AAUP, the delegation went in a field trip to see the Arabic Language and Media Department in the Faculty of Arts, the Media and TV Department and the Sports facilities in AAUP.

Thesis Defense about the US Usage of Strategic Political Communication via "Twitter" in Promoting the "Deal of the Century"

Researcher Mousa Amr Khalil – a student at the Master in Contemporary Public Relations Program in the Faculty of Graduate Studies in AAUP defended his thesis under the topic of “the US Usage of Strategic Political Communication via Twitter in Promoting the Deal of the Century”.

The study aimed to reveal the mechanisms that Donald Trump- the former US President used to make Twitter as the main strategic political communication tool to promote the deal of the century and the other agreements with the Arab countries. The researcher explained that Trump used Twitter to spot light on the convincing techniques, especially the ones related to the message specifications and the propaganda technology.
