Topics covered include the current digital media landscape, digital influence, digital analytics tools, brand analysis tools, audience analysis tools, content analysis tools, engagement analysis tools and the use of digital data to launch products, improve customer service and manage crises. Special emphasis will be placed on the continuing evolution of digital data.
