Biography:
Dr. Asa'd Rabee is an Anatomist and Doctor. Works currently as lecturer at Anatomy and Embryology Department of the Faculty of Medicine at Arab American University, Palestine (AAUP) since August 2022. Rabee completed his basic education in September 2014. He then joined Al-Quds University's School of Medicine. He finished his Doctor Of Medicine program with a very good average in the summer of 2020 to join afterwards the one-year internship in government hospitals. Prior to joining AAUP, Dr. Rabee was a General physician at Palestinian ministry of Health (2020/2022). After that, he is enrolled with the dissection staff at the Centre For Anatomy And Human Identification (CAHID) at the University Of Dundee in Scotland – United Kingdom. He completed his MSc journey with a distinction after conducting practical cadaveric-based research using the Thiel-embalmed cadaveric bodies provided by CAHID. His research was able to combine basic anatomy with clinical science as Rabee had a good medical background. His research contributed to the introduction of an innovative technique in the field of local anesthesia related to caudal epidural injections. Dr. Rabee hopes to broaden the scope of his study in order to develop the clinical application of Anatomy science, in cooperation with scientific research teams of local and international anatomy centers. He also intends to advance the AAUP's Department of Anatomy and Embryology by introducing new educational methods that will add scientific and practical experience to university students in their various medical specialties.
