Master in Media and Communication exposes the students to an advance level in communication and media theory. The program is mainly focused on the interrelationship between media and communication in relation to social change, identity and globalization. It also deals with the history, content also the impact of different collective communication tools and methods, with a specific focus on mass media role in today societies.
The discipline places a great focus on the theoretical communication sciences, mass communication and communication studies. It also uses concepts from other disciplines such as anthropology, sociology, psychology, politics, economics, and philosophy. The program refers to the applied study of many different practices and technologies used to ease the communication of information for mass audiences.
