About Deanship
The Deanship of Admission and Registration serves as the university’s gateway and the first and last stop for students, from admission to receiving their graduation certificates. With its advanced electronic systems and various departments—including the Admission and Registration Department, the Auditing, Archiving, and Documentation Department, and the Guidance and Counseling Department—the Deanship strives to assist students in selecting a major that aligns with their academic performance and high school diploma type, whether it be the Injaz or Bagrut certificate, as well as other certificates issued by various countries and equivalency-certified by the Palestinian Ministry of Education.
Additionally, the Deanship facilitates course registration, maintains and audits student records, prepares lists of university scholarships and graduates, and provides these records to relevant entities in a timely manner. It also supplies students with official documents they may need during and after their university studies.
The Deanship is committed to ensuring an outstanding academic experience throughout the student’s university journey by addressing inquiries, resolving academic issues, and providing support, whether through an on-campus reception area equipped for student comfort or via various electronic platforms that enable high-quality and efficient service regardless of the student’s location.
Furthermore, in collaboration with the Academic Vice President’s Office and different faculties, the Deanship of Admission and Registration ensures the implementation of academic regulations and policies to serve the best interests of students.
