The Deanship of the Admission and Registration guides students from the moment of enrollment until graduation. The Deanship seeks to achieve maximum efficiency in regards to the delivery of services. The Deanship has set a grand objective of becoming an “invisible entity” through the reliance on state-of-the-art systems that allow students and staff alike to conveniently access the relevant information anytime and anywhere. To reduce errors, the Deanship works to limit human intervention to a minimum. We aim to do more with less.

Seeking to become an invisible entity is a big challenge. We aim to focus resources and build the capacity of our staff for maximum efficiently. We also aim to move almost all services to the portal where students can find the services they need. In addition, we strive to make the admission process as simple and convenient as possible by continuing to enhance the online admission system.

Receives applications from prospective students, visiting students and helps new students in filling applications of admission, and provides them with the necessary information on faculties and departmental requirements.

Cherishes the academic records of students.

Maintains course schedules and academic plans

Prepares the final exam schedule.

Provides students with official transcripts, and other academic records on a regular basis and upon request.

Receives transfer and visiting applications and evaluates their transcripts and courses taken at other universities and educational institutions.

Notifies students of course changes, academic load, non-academic tests, deferral of enrollment, notifications, probation, and suspensions.

Informs student of graduation requirements and official changes related to academic programs.

Produces the list of graduate and honor students.

Issues and publishes certificates.
