Continuing Education Center at AAUP announces a training course in Occupational Health & Safety
In this training course, the policies and procedures followed in different projects according to OSHA standards will be clarified, and how to evaluate the work environment and layout the General Safety plans, along with the safety guides and actions when danger occurs or work injuries.
Course Goals:
- Identify, evaluate, analyze, prevent, minimize, block and / or control work risks in accordance with OCHA standards.
- Enable trainees to acquire the necessary skills in the process of identifying and controlling risks in the work environment.
- Enable trainees to learn the tools needed to control and eliminate risks in the work environment.
- Enhance and develop positive behavior for trainees while dealing with public safety requirements in different work sites.
- Provide trainees with diagnosis tools for risk and how to document relevant records
- Creating a public safety unit for any project or work site.
- Providing the labor market with qualified academics and technicians to be public safety officers and providing the market with qualified members in this specialty.
Course Outcomes:
- Two Certificates with the possibility to equivalent the certificate to OSHA or other parties according to the participants background
- Certificate from the Continuing Education Unit accredited by the Palestinian Higher Education.
- A certificate of professional training course accredited by the Palestinian group with the name of the course and professional research of the participant.
