This office focuses on following up the services that students need such as:

1. Students ID cards.
2. Follow-up the student dormitory issues.
3. Follow-up the student loans from the Ministry of Higher Education.
4. Follow-up the different excuses from students.
5. Follow-up the political detainees file.
6. Follow-up the behavioral penalties file.
7. Solving any other student services issues.
