Monday, July 19, 2021

According to the studies of the samples done by AAUP laboratories under collaboration with the Ministry of Health that ensured the discovery of the delta strains of corona in Palestine, the Ministry of Health sent new samples to Arab American University laboratories in Ramallah. AAUP team done the needed tests and discovered that there are new 67 cases infected with the Indian strain “Delta sub-strain B.1.617.2” and “3 samples have the British Alpha strain B.1.1.7”

Due to the biological importance of the new samples, AAUP laboratories will follow up the strains in order to try to discover some of the sub strains that were also discovered globally.
