The Deanship of Student Affairs in Arab American University and under collaboration with the Police Academic Affairs Department organized a workshop for the Law and the Allied Medical Sciences students in AAUP about Forensic Laboratory. This workshop came as part of the joint partnership between AAUP and the police department.

This workshop was under the presence of Dr. Bashar Daraghmeh- the Dean of the Deanship of Student Affairs, Ms. Layla Herzallah- the Social Worker in the Deanship of Student Affairs, Col. Mansur Khuzaimia- the Director of Academic Affairs at the Police General Directorate, General Najih Samarah- the Head of the Forensic Laboratory Department, Col. Saeed Naserp the Criminal Evidence Director and some officers from the Police department.

The two-day workshop aimed to develop the scientific capabilities of youth in Criminal Evidence and introduce them to the technologies used in testing evidence. The workshop also introduced students to the advanced techniques in the Forensic laboratory and the police and forensic laboratory’s laws and regulations.
