Chairman of the Arab American University Board of Directors Dr. Yousef Asfour, announced an annual grant of $ 5,000 to support the university needy students fund.
During the meeting
It was during a meeting that gathered the University President Dr. Ali Zidan Abu Zuhri, VP for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Faleh Abu Arra, member of the University Directors Board Mr. Bahaa Asfour, and the Head of the Student Council Ali Kameel and members of the council.
“The University's distinction nationally, regionally and globally is due to the presence of open and wise boards of directors, trustees, university presidency, sincere employees, and students who are creative and distinguished in their studies. The university proud of its students and will always offer them financial assistance and facilities to provide them with amenities”, said Dr. Asfour.
As for the Student Council President Ali Kameel and the council members, thay thanked the Chairman of the Directors Board Dr. Yousef Asfour for supporting the needy student fund with an annual amount of money. Also they praised his continuous support to the students, listening to their demands and assist in achieving them, so that the Arab American University students have a financially and morally comfortable atmosphere to proceed his academic achievement and excellence during university to reflect its positive image which took excellence and creativity as its motto since the beginning of its educational journey.
