Prof. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri- the University President welcomed the Major General Mr. Akram Rjoub- Jenin Governor who visited Arab American University to see the latest developments, and to congratulate the university on the accreditation of the Bachelor in Medicine that AAUP has recently got.

Dr. Mo’ayad Abu Saa’ – the VP for Academic Affairs, Dr. Bachelor Daraghmeh- Dean of Student Affairs, Mr. Fathi Imour- the Public Relations Manager and representatives of the student council and student movements were in the reception of the governor besides the President of the university.
Prof. Abu Zuhri talked about the strategic vision of AAUP and how it aims to develop its work, programs and the infrastructure to provide services for its students and the local community. He also clarified that the accreditation of the Bachelor in Medicine is a new success and achievement to the university, and that this program will contribute in developing the medicine in Palestine and in improving the economics of Jenin governorate.
General Major Akram Rjoub- Jenin Governor congratulated the university on the accreditation of the Bachelor in Medicine program and praised the university on providing the scholarships to students, especiallay during this hard time and the health crisis that the country is facing. Mr. Rjoub also ensured that what AAUP is doing contributes in fulfilling the needs if the local community in Jenin and the other governorates, and ensured that he will always support the university and its work.
