The representative of the Australian Consulate in Palestine, Marsha Pius, visited Arab American University in Ramallah Campus to discuss ways of cooperation with the university and its academic programs.

The Chairman of Boards of Directors Dr. Yousif Asfour, and Vice-President of International Relations at Dr. Dalal Erekat, and Board Member Mr. Bahaa Asfour welcomed the delegation and discussed with them the ways of academic cooperation in regarding student exchanges, exchange of faculty members and administration staff, as well as finding new academic programs that will enhance the change in the institutions of the Palestinian society through education, in alliance with the university’s vision to cooperate with international universities to create educational and research partnerships.

The visit included a presentation film about the university, a tour at the University in Ramallah campus and its facilities, and the University's mission and vision towards improving the level of higher education through the provision of distinguished programs and the creation of international partnerships to provide the best academic programs at the local, regional and international level.

Mrs. Pius said she was happy to visit the university and praised the level of academic programs, and expressed her willingness to develop and enhance the academic cooperation between Arab American University and Australian universities.
