LAB QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Study of main topics related to laboratory quality including sample management, quality control for qualitative and quantitative tests, external quality assessment and methods selection and evaluation. In addition, this course covers topics related to laboratory management including preventive maintenance program, purchasing and inventory, personnel, occurrence management, document and records, and information management
