Abstract: 
Diabetes is a syndrome of disordered metabolism usually caused by a combination of hereditary and environmental factors, which result in abnormally high blood sugar levels (hyperglycemia) and other classical symptoms, especially polyuria (frequent urination), polydipsia (increased thirst), and polyphagia (increases hunger). Eventually, hyperglycemia leads to serious damage in blood vessels and the nerves as well as blurred vision and irritability.
