This study aimed to identify the role of sharing knowledge and Islamic work ethics in promoting creativity from the views of Employees in Palestinian Islamic banks. The study adopted a descriptive analytical methodology. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researchers developed a questionnaire and it was distributed on a stratified random sample that consisted of (103) workers in Palestinian Islamic banks. the study reached the following results: (1) there is a statistically significant relationship between the sharing knowledge, Islamic business ethics and creativity in Islamic banks the West Bank in Palestine. Further, the study found that there are no statistically significant differences in The role of knowledge sharing and Islamic business ethics in promoting creativity in Islamic banks from the perspectives of employees due to demographic variables (gender, age, Function, and social status).
