Thermoscientific Evolution 300 and Evolution 350 spectrophotometers and RSC closed cycle opto-electrical helium cryostat and high vacuum facility
It can scan the transmittance, reflectance and absorbance in the spectral range of 190-1100 nm and temperature range of 10-350 K. The system is also provided with variable angle reflectometer to allow Brewster conditions.
