Keithley 235 voltage source, Keithley 2481 picoammeter, Keithley 6400 source/ meter and Keithley 2015 multimeter. The system is attached to the cryostat and can read current-voltage characteristics in the temperature range of 10-350 K and voltage range of -200-200 V.
