Iam Dr. Dalia Toqan assistant professor at nursing college at Arab American University- Palestine, i started my education in nursing in 1989 and completed my bachelor degree in 1993 i practiced nursing for 17 years as a head nurse in a neonatal department through my practice i gained two master degrees one in educational administration and the other in nursing management , moreover, i taught nursing students during my practice till i continued my phd in nursing and started the academic career in 2016 , i am interested in teaching nursing focusing on QSEN in all curriculum i taught besides ethics. i am interested in research and career development through training courses that benefit my career
