Overview

The E-Learning Center oversees a range of facilities and technical services that support the university’s educational process, aiming to provide an integrated learning environment aligned with modern technological advancements.

The center is responsible for managing and maintaining the electronic examination laboratories, ensuring that all equipment is fully prepared to host online exams with high reliability and performance. It also houses a Virtual Reality (VR) Laboratory, where the center’s team supervises the operation and maintenance of VR devices and technologies to maximize their educational impact.

In addition, the center provides technical support to students and faculty members in using virtual reality applications and e-learning tools. It also organizes training workshops designed to enhance instructors’ skills in integrating digital learning technologies into their courses.

Center services

The E-Learning Center provides a comprehensive range of services that support digital education at the university. It supervises the preparation, maintenance, and operation of electronic examination laboratories to ensure their full readiness for efficient and secure online assessments, and manages the Virtual Reality Laboratory, which offers an interactive learning environment using advanced technologies. The center also provides technical support for students and faculty members in using e-learning platforms and virtual reality applications, conducts training workshops to enhance instructors’ digital teaching skills, and performs continuous system maintenance and updates to ensure the stability and optimal performance of all e-learning systems.

Units

The E-Learning Center consists of four main units that work together to support digital education at the university: the Electronic Examinations Unit, which oversees the organization, supervision, and smooth execution of online exams; the Electronic Laboratories Unit, responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring readiness for all exam-related activities; the Virtual Reality Unit, which manages the VR Lab and monitors the operation of its devices; and the Technical Support Unit, which provides assistance to students and faculty in effectively using e-learning tools and technologies.

Electronic Examinations Unit

This unit is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and supervising electronic examinations, ensuring that they are conducted according to approved procedures and with the highest level of technical readiness.

 

Electronic Laboratories Unit

This Unit manages the maintenance and operation of devices in the electronic learning and examination labs, ensuring their optimal functionality to provide a stable and efficient testing and learning environment.

 

Virtual Reality Unit

This unit oversees the management and operation of the Virtual Reality (VR) Lab, as well as the maintenance and monitoring of VR devices and technologies used in the educational process.

 

Technical Support Unit

This unit provides technical assistance to instructors and students in using e-learning tools and virtual reality applications, ensuring effective and reliable use of these technologies.
